BACKGROUND
The Lakes Tauranga is a dynamic, high quality community development by Carrus Properties that is unique to Tauranga, with a strong focus on creating a family-friendly environment with fresh water lakes, recreational areas, parks, playgrounds, shopping village and walking/cycling tracks.
THE BRIEF
Metro Marketing was engaged by Carrus as their outsourced marketing team to run all aspects of the day to day marketing of The Lakes. Carrus had a clear vision from the start to create an innovative development with community at heart - a place to Live, Work, Learn and Play.
IMPLEMENTATION
We managed and designed all aspects of their marketing from the initial marketing strategy, campaign management, website development, print collateral, signage, videography, photography, interactive sales screen, digital advertising, social media and even initiated and project-managed local events. Our focal point was always around community, selling not just the sections, but the lifestyle of The Lakes. We hit records and exceeded expectations with The Lakes selling out approximately five years earlier than forecast.
